According to Matvienko, this is the wrong approach. The Chairman of the Federation Council pointed out that it is a wrong approach to deprive a person of the right to such work, if there is such a profession in his diploma and wherever he works.

Matvienko also stressed that such a ban on the principle of the profession should not be allowed, since the IT industry should be supported in every possible way.

In this context, the speaker suggested the creation of a register of companies that could affect information and commercial security. According to him, this is the right approach to business.

“But it isn’t: Let’s ban remote work if it’s an IT professional. No, I don’t think that’s possible. On the contrary, we must support the IT industry in every possible way,” stressed Valentina Matvienko.
