Sberbank managed to solve the problem of the unavailability of its application for iOS devices, said Kirill Tsarev, First Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Board. Now it is installed on Apple smartphones directly in the branches of a credit institution.
In the summer, SBOL was released on the App Store, which served as an analogue of Sberbank Online. However, a week after its appearance, the application disappeared from the market.
As Tsarev explained, the organization found a way out of this situation.
“Now the application can be installed on Apple devices in Sberbank branches. Now nearly 5,000 offices across the country perform this function. You just come with the device and we will install the app for you. We have also finalized our web version and will develop it, ”Tsarev explained, his words are quoted by TASS.
For the first time, Sberbank Online disappeared from the App Store in April, the bank explained this by the imposition of sanctions. In October, the SBOL app was once again available on the site.
