Last Wednesday (4) night, in a document added to the official system of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), Alexandre de Moraes’ He ‘designated’ his own prison. Apperantly, the system was the target of a hacker attack.

The text, which reached the National Prison Monitoring Bank, contains several quotations mocking the minister’s performance. “Without revealing myself, as I am like a god of Olympus, I accept the first petition both out of my own will and because I want Lula to continue in the presidency.”

“Finally, I DECLARE that copies be made in full and that they be sent immediately to Inquiry n. All censorship and political persecution investigations pending in HIGH FEDERAL COURT for 4,874/DF and CNJ so that they may punish me in an exemplary manner. In light of all of the above, the authorized arrest warrant Issued to me, Alexandre de Moraes. Issue, subpoena and L.”, the alleged arrest warrant says.

In addition to the minister’s arrest, the fake text also proposes that the minister pay a fine of R$22.9 million.

Announcement from CNJ

In a note, CNJ said it restricted all access to the system after the incident. Check out the agency note below:

“The National Council of Justice has identified ‘non-standard’ inconsistencies in the National Prison Monitoring Bank, which are enforced by a regular registered user of the system. As a precaution and security measure, access to the platform will be restricted, but the integrity of other regularly generated information in the system will be preserved.”

Now, the Federal Police will investigate whether there really was a cyberattack. One suspicion is that the action was taken internally by an employee with access to the system.
