Twitter put up for an online auction of things and furniture from its office in San Francisco.

A total of 631 lots have been collected, including a neon Twitter bird logo, an @-shaped decorative planter, and five volumes of La Marzocco coffee machines.

More than $17,000 was offered for the logo, and the bid for planters exceeded $16,000.

In addition, Twitter sells a lot of office furniture, including tables, sofas, armchairs, and even two bike charging stations.

Auction organizer Heritage Global said more than 20,000 people have registered to participate in the online auction. This is more than any other auction that has taken place in the past 90 years.

Twitter is expected to raise about $1.5 million. [The New York Times]
