In 2022, developers of information security products increased their revenue by an average of 1.5-2 times. Representatives from BI.Zone, Qrator Labs, Group-IB, Security Code, UserGate and Multifactor reported to Vedomosti on annual performance.

Russian developers doubled their revenue in 2022

BI.Zone revenue last year showed a 40% increase. Group-IB reported growth but did not disclose figures. Qrator Labs’ turnover for 2022 showed a double increase. Revenue “Security Code” grew by 40%, to 7.4 billion rubles.

Sales of UserGate products in 2022 increased by 3.5-4 times. Multifactor’s revenue increased 12.5 times, to 188 million rubles.

According to analysts, the average growth of income indicators in the market amounted to 30-40%. The growth comes against the backdrop of hacker attacks, the exit of Western vendors, and thanks to measures by the Russian government.
