CRA representatives said that before Musk bought the company, the previous administration of the social network applied to the company for a series of court consultations held between August 15 and October 27, 2022. The consultations were aimed at forcing Musk to buy the social network. As a result, the transaction took place, but MKK services were not paid in full.
So, Twitter’s former partner wants the social network to pay off the debt, compensate for damages caused by “willful breach of contract” and triple the amount. The consultant also asks the social network to pay all legal costs.
At the same time, no lawsuits were filed directly against Elon Musk.
