Apple has released an updated technical support website (not in the Russian Federation).
One of the main changes was the replacement of the disappeared boring icons in photos with real people and gadgets. The header of the site now contains large images of devices with links to various categories.
The new design also offers three-level links to some of Apple’s most common support topics:
• Forgot Apple ID or password
• Repair at Apple
• Billing and subscriptions


In them, Apple encourages users to look for more disappearing topics, target iOS 16, and contact support via phone, chat, or email. There are also minor about counterfeit spare parts.
In addition, the AppleCare+ insurance program is highlighted, specifically noting that it provides “unlimited repairs to protect against accidental damage, priority access to AppleCare+ experts, and more.” [9to5]
