A new study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association suggests that the best way to lose weight is not to starve, but to eat less. During this study, scientists discovered what was the relationship between weight changes and the time it took from the first meal to the last meal.

About 550 people participated in a recent study. They were 18 years of age or older and had a mean body mass index of 30.8 (obese).

According to the results of the study, it turned out that the weight does not change from the moment of eating. At the same time, eating less (such food contains less than 500 calories), people lost weight.
