1. A warrior’s diet.

This is a popular type of intermittent fasting, in which you fast for 20 hours a day and eat for four hours at night. With such a diet, of course, you can lose weight, but the body goes into a state of bad stress.

2. Werewolf diet (also known as moon diet).

Adherents of this diet are guided by the phases of the moon. At certain stages, you must fast for 24 hours. Of course, this is a marginal and unscientific approach and can also harm the body.

3. 24 hour fat burning diet.

This diet limits fluid intake to around 300 calories and eliminates solid foods for 24 hours. Experts say that such a diet is inefficient.

4. The 48 hour Hollywood miracle diet.

On this diet, you only need to consume 400 calories a day from fruit juice. As experts point out, the fewer calories you consume on a diet, the more likely it is to be unsustainable. Then it makes no sense.

5. Lion diet.

It just needs red meat, water and salt. The diet eliminates foods that can be anti-inflammatory and good for the gut, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. There is nothing good in that.

6. Dietary Titoks.

This diet often requires herbal teas mixed with stimulants, diuretics and laxatives to “detox” your body. There is no scientific basis for this either.

7. “Master of Purification.”

The old lemonade, paprika and maple syrup diet. It involves drinking six to twelve glasses of this mixture throughout the day. This diet can also deprive you of important nutrients.
