The MTS metaverse will be developed by startups and entirely new developers participating in the 5G incubation program (launched about a year ago).

MTS metaverse is expected to support all virtual and augmented reality devices and is scheduled to launch this year.

As the operator explained to the publication: “the customer will be able to receive any service in the metaverse, from changing the tariff plan to subscribing to the Stroky book service or Kion online cinema ”.

Previously, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) accused MTS of illegally raising tariff prices. However, after that, the operator objected to this by filing a lawsuit against the FAS.
