A system of competence centers has been formed in the country with the participation of more than 500 companies. They customize software for business needs and new products.
For most foreign software – 85% already – about Russian counterparts. If there is a need for customization for business and production, it is necessary to create new software products.
Almost 200 initiatives have been selected, some are ready to be implemented and scaled up. Over thirty will be implemented during this and subsequent years. Most of the project financing is taken over by the business. Private investments now exceed 155 billion rubles.

The task of creating centers is not only to replace foreign analogues, but also profitable products for entering the international market. Russia is ready to offer solutions to its partners in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
One of the solicitations for cooperation, at the invitation of Mishustin, can become a platform for participation in communities and citizens.
