More than 500 people from China and the USA participated in the experiment conducted by scientists. They filled out questionnaires that allowed them to learn about their attitudes towards women and other aspects.

It turned out that the inability to meet basic needs in men is associated with negative sexism. At the same time, no such behavioral change was observed in women. Another experiment with 284 men showed that increased feelings of deprivation were also associated with hostile sexism.
