However, between March and April, Google should release the first beta versions to users and reach system stability between June and July. The final version of the update should only be made between July and August – Android 13 was officially released in August 2022.

Currently, Android 14 can already be installed on the following devices:

  • Pixel 4a (5G)

  • pixels 5 and 5a

  • Pixel 6 and 6 Pro

  • Pixel 7 and 7 Pro

What’s new in Android 14?

One of the innovations of Android 14, support for devices with larger screens, continuing the work on the latest Android 12L and Android 13 versions, the company hopes to improve the user experience with the update, in addition to applying new tools for developers, as multitasking features.

The new version of the system should also include improvements focused on accessibility, better battery power management and security. Another point Google mentioned is the customization of the system, as well as the introduction of new resources for multilingual use.
