Microsoft released a new preview of Windows 11 to Windows Insiders last Thursday (9). In addition to improvements and fixes, building 25295 of the OS brings some news.

highlighted, HEUsers will have a button to quickly copy two factor authentication codes for website and app logins. This feature identifies the numbers in notifications from applications installed on the computer or devices connected to the machine.

Since it’s in the testing phase, Microsoft says it’s doing its best to have the system automatically identify notifications with authentication codes. That’s why developers seek feedback from users to improve the tool.

Seems like, public release of the function should still take several months. However, it is already considered great news on the way.

Windows 11 Build 25252 also brought improvements to the taskbar search area. According to Microsoft, users will be able to customize the source and choose the content that can be included in the search.

To adjust the settings, people need to go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar Items.

Windows 11 users will be able to experience a new search bar.

Other Windows 11 Build 25252 Updates

The latest preview of Windows 11 brings a new policy for enterprise customers. According to Microsoft, users will be able to enable “maintained features” that are disabled by default.

In this case, people will be able to enable functions that are not offered in annual updates. This content can be managed via the cloud with Windows Update for Business or locally with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).

Additionally, as mentioned, the preview brings with it bug fixes found in previous versions. It also offers new features for software developers for Windows 11.
