Your freezer should never contain the following foods. These are french fries, fried foods, mayonnaise, juicy fruits (like apples), citrus fruits, melons, sprouts, puddings, pasta and boiled rice, pudding cakes, soda, homogenized curd, eggs, sour cream, canned fish.

The temperature in the freezer should be -18⁰С. In addition, the products you will freeze need to be packaged: it would be good to have them in freezer bags.
