Primate Labs has released Geekbench 6. This is a new version of the benchmark that better measures the performance of modern devices.

Geekbench 6 supports the latest hardware standards and new smartphone benchmark files. Among them:

▪️Large photos from 12 to 48 MP
▪️ Modern Website Examples
▪️ New large image library
▪️Large maps for navigation tests
▪️ Heavy PDF

According to Primate Labs, the performance of the cores in modern gadgets is no longer so important, because the power of the device depends on different pieces of equipment.

The main focus of Geekbench 6 is on testing graphics and machine learning. Several new tests have been added for this company:

▪️ Blur lights during video conferences
▪️ Automatic removal of unwanted objects in pictures
▪️ Detect objects in photo

Geekbench 6 is already available for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux. [Geekbench]
