For joint work, a group of specialists will be organized to deal with antiphishing services, domain blocking, leak prevention, etc., Kommersant reported.
The investment was not disclosed, but the company will serve retail, industry, financial institutions and other sectors.
Searchinform and InfoWatch confirmed that among their clients, the demand for information security services has grown in the context of massive data leaks in 2022.
At the same time, experts suggested that the new project would appeal to small and medium-sized companies that cannot afford the services of large providers amid rising costs.
