DOM.RF has expanded the functionality of the API service of the Unified Housing Construction Information System (UIIS, our.dom.rf): even more detailed information has been made available to users both on residential complexes under construction and on its internal content.

DOM.RF has increased the information content of the commercial service for developers.

The UIIHS API allows developers, banks, manufacturers and providers of construction products and services, consulting and real estate agencies and other organizations to quickly receive the necessary analyzes from the UIIHS, which is operated by the DOM.RF Development Institute. The characteristics of an apartment building under construction are filled out by the developers in the project statement.

After the update, users can receive even more detailed information about apartments, apartments and business areas in the residential complex. For each room (residential and non-residential), you can find out the area, the size of the room and the functional purpose.

Another innovation is information about the energy efficiency of buildings and general contractors doing work to manage the construction process. In addition, information on the timing of the issuance of keys to shareholders, the postponement of their issuance and the number of parking spaces on the territory of the residential complex is already available.

“We are constantly improving our services and offer products that meet the expectations of market participants. Now that there is a growing interest in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly construction, more attention is paid to the technologies used by construction companies, as well as their reputation. Based on this, we have expanded the list of attributes passed through our API. More diverse information is more detailed analysis, the ability to see the big picture of the market or focus on certain indicators.— commented Alexander Lukyanov, Director of EIIHS.

The UIIHS API involves the integration of our dom.rf portal with external information systems and, in the course of synchronous interaction on the REST principle, allows you to get up-to-date data from the UIIHS system at that time, then embed it. in your information system for further analysis.

You can get more detailed information about the UIIHS API and familiarize yourself with the specification on the portal of the unified information system for housing construction.
