Reviewers have tested the Razer Blade 18 laptop. It’s the best gaming model right now, but it also comes with a hefty price tag.
Razer Synapse software allows users to change power profiles, and MSI Afterburner even opens overclocking options for laptop GPUs. This combined with low voltage via Intel XTU and disabling the onboard GPU in the BIOS provides the best possible performance.
In this configuration, the RTX 4090 laptop GPU outpaced the RTX 3090 Ti desktop GPU with a graphics score of 22339. It is also 72% faster than the previous generation flagship laptop, the RTX 3080 Ti.
But even with overclocking, that figure is much lower than the desktop RTX 4090, which is 61% faster.
