Apple’s unauthorized use of a patent may result in an import ban that would prevent US shipment of the Apple Watch. Lifting the ban will require the help of President Joe Biden, according to the press. And to achieve this, the company has taken its lobbying efforts to a “very high level”.
Phonearena noted that by next Monday, the president will have to decide whether to veto the import ban or take the case to court.
