The bot said there was “no definitive answer” to this question, but still offered four options that embodied the answer.
First of all, the bot blamed Microsoft itself for the failure of Windows Phone. The neural network responded that Microsoft made both strategic and technical mistakes that alienated most users, developers and partners. The bot also accused the company of neglecting its app ecosystem.
The next bot called Rivals. Google and Apple were cited as market-dominating competitors, offering more apps and features than Windows Phone gadgets, making it harder to compete.
Later, AI blamed Nokia for Windows Phone’s failure. “According to” the neural network, the company focused on budget devices.
In the end, the blame for the failure of the mobile system from Microsoft AI was laid by the users themselves. They did not “give” Windows Phone a single chance, choosing smartphones running Android and iOS instead of this operating system.
