The directory, help desk, and Sunlight Play (similar to short videos like TikTok) are announced as features of the new app. The company does not yet plan to advertise directly within Play. The platform under development cost Sunlight 120 million rubles.
At the same time, analysts interviewed by the publication felt that the costs of developing the platform were overestimated. Infoline Analytics CEO Mikhail Burmistrov estimated this at 40-50 million rubles, and Telecom Daily head Denis Kuskov at 10-15 million rubles.
