The company cites a study conducted by Romir in its statement. It showed that 11% of fast food customers in Russia would like to see plant-based burgers on the menu.

Hi brand will be the supplier of chops for innovation. Also, in Vegan Whopper, traditional mayonnaise will be replaced by its vegan counterpart, Vegans from the Efko group of companies.

Burger’s Moscow and St. Petersburg will reportedly determine whether it will be launched in other cities. It is hoped that the experiment will be successful.
