The government has changed the procedure for obtaining permits for the distance sale of medicines. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The simplified procedure allows:
- Request permission from Roszdravnadzor through “Gosuslugi”
- Do not indicate when sending PSRN and TIN
- Obtain the permit electronically in your account
- Do not reissue an already obtained permit in case of reorganization of activities (now you can make changes to the record of issued permits yourself, after notifying Roszdravnadzor)
The government also recalled that pharmaceutical organizations were allowed to sell drugs remotely in 2020, when Russia and the world faced the coronavirus pandemic.
