According to the platform, only youtubers with large audiences and connecting with people from different parts of the world will not be able to access the voice feature. All creators will be able to use it, which of course will also be beneficial for YouTube itself and further expand their projects around the world. The tool is the video center’s own initiative and was developed by the network team.
However, to provide tracks with different sounds, YouTube content creators will need to partner with professional voice actors (i.e. content producers will not be allowed to be voice actors at the same time, at least for now).
Once the videos are uploaded to the platform, users will be able to choose in the menu of the video if they want to activate the dubbing offered by the creator, who will be able to choose which languages to consider in their works. Subtitles will also remain an option.
Pre-launch testing
The vehicle passed some initial tests before it was officially announced. Analyzes were carried out with the help of a small group of creators, and the source was used on 3,500 videos published in 40 different languages.

Initially, the language feature is only available for longer content (traditional videos), not short videos.
