If the pancake is filled with meat (minced meat), it should be eaten within 24 hours, even if it is stored in the refrigerator. The same applies to cottage cheese pancakes: both meat and cottage cheese are perishable products.

The specialist advised to store pancakes with any filling in a tightly closed glass container so that they do not absorb extraneous odors.
