The outage was so widespread that it affected the main Dish.com resource, the Dish Anywhere app, and a few company-owned secondary sites and networks.
Customers also assume that the company does not have call center phone numbers. According to complaining users of the provider, Dish support is not available.
Also, customers are experiencing authentication issues when logging into their TV channel apps and their accounts have been disabled.
At the same time, remote workers of Dish Network networks were also denied access to their working systems.
And all this happened at the same time. The provider has yet to disclose what was the reason for such a large-scale failure.
