The Ministry of Digital Transformation explains today’s disabling of the function of deleting an account on State Services.
The option was forced to be removed due to “more frequent cases of hacking personal accounts”:

The ministry also confirmed that it is now possible to delete an account only when visiting the MFC in person. Another is not yet in sight.
The Ministry of Digital Development reminds that it is possible to use a special license from government agencies in the “Notifications” section of your personal account. It also clarifies that “deleting an account in the State Services is not an evasion of military service.”
