In the coming years, drone shops may appear in Russia, which will also provide technical, insurance and other services. Maxim Chizhov, General Director of Agrimax.Aero, came to this opinion.
The businessman spoke about this in an interview with RIA. According to Chizhov, specialized salons can open on the basis of auto centers in various million-plus cities of Russia.
“They will also provide sharing, drone sharing, technical diagnostics and device repair services,” Chizhov said.
According to the CEO of Agrimax.Aero, drone salons will become the same sales channel as car dealerships. They will sell devices, first of all, for business – for solving problems in the field of construction, monitoring of objects and territories, agriculture and logistics.
“Multi-brand dealers, for example, have the possibility of becoming points of attraction, among other things, for contracting various services through drones,” said the specialist.
In mid-February, it became known that the Russian Post and Skolkovo created the BAS Consortium company, which will test heavy drones for use in agriculture.
