Avito Rabota calculated that 48% of applicants, when choosing an employer, rely on the opinions of other people on the Internet, after which the site launched the option of detailed reviews of companies.
Now the opinions of employees can be viewed not only in the form of ratings for individual parameters, but also read reviews, a representative of Avito Rabota told RB.RU.
Users who interacted with the employing company can rate and leave a detailed comment. In it, they can describe how work is organized, what attitude towards employees, what advantages and nuances you should pay attention to, and more.
Reviews can be filtered by newness or by the nature of the rating. If the employer considers that the review was left “incorrectly”, you can contact the support service. Avito, on the other hand, suggests that companies, upon receiving a review with a low rating, “immediately make a negative comment: explain why this or that situation has developed and suggest solutions.”
A business’s rating on Avito Rabota is calculated based on its review ratings, as its arithmetic mean. All reviews and ratings are located in the employer’s profile on the platform, are moderated and verified by “smart” algorithms. It is reported that a third of the companies that hire staff on the site already have employee feedback.
