Rosfinmonitoring proposed a threshold of 100 thousand rubles for transfers from people without opening an account

The bill should help combat illegal financial transactions, bank fraud, terrorist financing and extremism by increasing the transparency of relevant transactions for competent authorities.

The data about the recipient will be established by the bank based on the information provided by the client, or filled out independently, in the absence of the necessary information, the funds will have to be returned to the payer.
