The printer heats the chocolate to 33 degrees Celsius. It uses special 70-gram chocolate cartridges that harden at temperatures up to 26.67 degrees Celsius. The company will sell these cartridges for $49 for a pack of 10. The printer is safe as the chocolate touches only four parts that are easy to remove and clean in the sink.
