Elon Musk plans to build a city of at least 14 square kilometers, 56 kilometers from Austin, Texas.
Such an area has been acquired over the past three years by companies associated with Musk’s detention. At the same time, local residents built over a billion squares with an area of 24 km. When buying, they were asked to write a non-disclosure agreement.
The city was built next to the facilities of the Boring Company and SpaceX. It will contain modular houses, playgrounds, a swimming pool, a school and some other buildings. Musk’s residence is nearby. Some streets have already been named, such as Boring Boulevard, Waterjet Way and Cutterhead Crossing.
Boring Company President Steve Davis Yang held a corporate meeting about how the construction would proceed. Last year, he said that he could also hold mayoral elections.
