Yandex presents a hybrid work format for its employees. Office presence is required only two or three days a week, the rest of the time you can work from home or any convenient location. This was reported to RB.RU in the press service of the company.
“As we said earlier, the hybrid mode will become the main one for all Yandex employees. You will need to work 2-3 days a week from the office. At the same time, employees will be able to choose any of the Yandex offices in Russia or the international center to work,” the press service explained.
Company employees have the opportunity to choose an office in Kazakhstan, Armenia or Serbia. Earlier it became known that “Yandex” opens a center with joint work in Istanbul.
At the end of the year, Yandex registered the Beyond ML holding structure in the US and Armenia. She owns several startups in the field of machine learning.
