The Crew Dragon-5 crewed spacecraft of the American company SpaceX made a successful landing on Earth after a 19-hour flight. The crew included Roscosmos cosmonaut Anna Kikina.
The ship’s drop capsule splashed down in the Gulf of Mexico near Tampa, Florida at 5:02 a.m. Moscow time.
Anna became the first Russian astronaut to travel to the ISS on the Crew Dragon spacecraft. Roskosmos also emphasizes that Kikina is the first Russian citizen in 21 years to return from orbit in an American spacecraft.

The astronaut flew to the ISS on the SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft as part of a cross-flight agreement between Roscosmos and NASA signed last year.
In addition to Kikina, the Crew-5 crew included Americans Nicole Mann and Josh Kassada, as well as Japanese Koichi Wakata. They have worked on the ISS for 157 days since October 7 and have brought with them the results of scientific research weighing more than 200 kg.
