DOM.RF Bank launched the Mobile Banker application, which automates the work of banking specialists traveling to clients. The service increases the efficiency and convenience of obtaining financial services.
Bank employees use the app during field meetings with clients: it reads passport data using character recognition technology and compares it with information in an automated banking system for verification. After checking, the bank employee draws up the selected bank products for the client.
“The mobile banker was launched at the end of last year as a web version and has already shown great efficiency. With the advent of the application, the service will become even more convenient for both bank employees and customers. This saves time and improves the security of data transfer.”– said Oleg Komlik, Deputy Director General of DOM.RF.
For the convenience of field employees, the application has also implemented a “sharing” of requests, allowing them to optimize their work by choosing the most convenient route for the client.
“Special attention was paid to the security and reliability of the new application to ensure data encryption and protection against unauthorized access. All “sensitive” data, including documents and photos, is transmitted and processed on the server without being stored on the mobile device.”– said Kirill Varentsov, Director of Sales Management of DOM.RF Bank.
