Eating dinner too late can be detrimental to the health of diabetics, according to a new study published in the journal Diabetes Care. But when is the best time to have dinner?

It is better to have dinner before 19:00 for both healthy people and diabetics. The maximum time is 20:00. And the later you eat, the less you can eat.

At the same time, at least three hours should pass between dinner and bedtime. So the stomach can digest and assimilate all food.

If you usually go to bed late, drink a glass of cow’s or soy milk about every 21-22 hours. This will help quench your hunger. You can also eat fruit.
