The prosecutor’s office will review Wildberries for violation of workers’ labor rights. Earlier, the owners of order issuance points complained about the onerous terms of the contract: the market made changes to the offer and imposed new fines.
An inspection based on information about the violation of the rights of Wildberries workers is reported on the prosecutor’s telegram channel.
“During the audit, a fundamental legal assessment will be given of the procedure for engaging employees in performing job functions, paying them wages, adopting local laws setting out the rules for calculating sanctions they are appealing,” the report says.
Earlier, the owners of the Wildberries Collection Points (PVZ) complained that they had lost the right to challenge the substitution of goods. In addition, the owners of PVZ did not like the new rules of the offer agreement, according to which they are fined 100,000 rubles for spreading false and misleading information.
According to press reports, the owners of the collection points went on strike and threatened to close the points as of March 15. The Wildberries reported that the information about the strikes is not true.
