A new feature called the Video Expert Store is available daily from 7am to 7pm PT. But so far we are talking only about the United States – outside the country, a novelty may appear in the near future.

During a one-way video session, the retailer will be in the frame showing their screen but will not be able to see the customer.

An Apple employee is reportedly able to inform customers about the latest iPhone models and features, upgrading to iOS, trade-in offers, carrier promotions, and smartphone purchasing options.

The new service comes amid continued growth in Apple’s online sales, with this segment accounting for 20% of Apple’s total revenue in Q4 2022.
