About two hundred complaints were registered on the “Sboy.rf” portal, the majority (39%) in Moscow, another 10% in St. Petersburg, less than 9% in the Krasnodar Territory, Moscow, Sverdlovsk, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Regions from Novosibirsk, Rostov, Chelyabinsk and Bashkortostan.
When trying to log in to the banking app, the message “You may not be able to log in yet” appears. “Sorry, we’re already fixing it.”
At the same time, representatives of Alfa Bank tell RBC that “there is no failure; Due to technical work, some customers may be temporarily unable to log in to the app and Alfa Online. “Everything will be back up and running soon.”
