Previously, anti-phishing feature, first implemented in Windows 11 22H2 build in September 2022, only reported “unsafe password usage”. Now the technology will warn if the password is copied and pasted to an unsafe (potentially phishing) site and “unverified apps”.

“We are testing an innovation to help protect credentials. The Microsoft team said that the user interface can now warn about insecure copying and pasting of passwords.
