The Samokat online food delivery service app has been unavailable to users since around 11:00 a.m. Moscow time on March 28, according to DownRadar data. As of 13:30 Moscow time, it still doesn’t work, RB.RU was convinced.

The Scooter app has crashed

When you try to open the app, a screen appears saying “Now we’ll fix something and return everything.”

Most often, residents of Moscow (214) and St. Petersburg (23) complain about failures. 58% of complaints are related to the operation of the application, 4% – to the operation of the site.

The press service of the RB.RU company reported that service specialists are working on troubleshooting and promised that “Samokat will soon be available in normal mode.”
