IPM encourages the public to send any photo and video material related to unusual or unexplained objects or events in the sky to the email address ufo@keldysh.ru.

The Institute also requests detailed information about the place, time and conditions of the observed objects or phenomena. The purpose of IPM is to analyze and understand these phenomena in partnership with ordinary people.

This initiative follows NASA’s announcement of its own UFO scientific study in June. In the context of US government agencies, UFOs are often referred to as “Unidentified Aerial Events” (UAPs).

By scientifically examining UFOs or UFOs, researchers hope to better understand these mysterious phenomena and determine whether they are natural, man-made objects, or something entirely different.
