Elon Musk’s Twitter account entered the Guinness Book of Records

Previously, former US President Barack Obama had the most subscribers. At press time, Musk has 133,081,381 followers. The former head of the White House has 133,041,951 subscribers. The authors of the Guinness Book of Records rating drew attention to the result of the businessman.

In February, users of the platform noticed that the social network began mainly offering Musk’s tweets in the feeds. In the “For You” section, many people constantly appeared the billionaire’s posts. Prior to this, Musk complained that 95% of his recordings were “not delivered” to users.

Musk bought Twitter in the fall of 2022 for $44 billion, but when the businessman offered stock to employees as a reward in March, the bonus was based on a company valuation of $20 billion.

At the head of Twitter, Musk carried out numerous reforms: from the dismissal of a significant part of the team to the development of the Twitter 2.0 concept and ideas to create financial instruments within the social network.
