British fintech firm Finverity Vyacheslav Oganezov and Alex Fenichiu raised $5 million from S16VC, Outward VC, Acrobator Ventures and B&Y Venture Partner, according to Crunchbase data, reported by the RB.RU correspondent.
To date, the total amount of investments raised is $8.4 million, the last round was held on March 30, 2023. The money will be used to expand the state, it is also planned to open offices in Turkey, Poland and Kenya. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Finverity is a cross-border supply chain finance platform for mid-market companies. It was founded in 2017 by Vyacheslav Oganezov and Alex Fenichiu. In 2022, according to the company’s own data, it increased revenue in the Middle East and Africa by 15 times.
Partners of the S16VC venture fund include Anatoly Maryin, co-founder of Payment Systems, Alexander Shamis, partner of the Dostavista courier service, and Mikhail Peregudov, founder of Party Food.
