The network of former McDonald’s restaurants in Kazakhstan and Belarus was called “We are open!”. In addition to the dishes from the usual McDonald’s menu, food establishments offer Happy Meal analogues with wooden toys.
The restaurants of the fast food restaurant chain that came out of Russia and other countries received the name “We are open!” in Belarus. Network restaurants in Kazakhstan also began to be called, writes Soyuznoye Veche.
In addition to the familiar dishes from the McDonald’s menu, restaurants offer Happy Meal analogues called Kids Meal with wooden toys inside.
After McDonald’s left Russia, the restaurant chain was bought by businessman Alexander Govor. In June, the first restaurant of the updated chain was opened on Pushkinskaya Square in Moscow under the name “Vkusno, and that’s it.”
“Tasty, and that’s it” worked in 2022 with a loss of 11.3 billion rubles, with a decrease in revenue of 2.3% to 73.5 billion rubles. Vkusno:i dot representatives explained the drop in revenue by closing restaurants in March-June 2022.
