Comments can be left within 14 days of the guest’s departure. To do this, the host will receive a link to a special form. There you can rate from one to five stars, describe the impressions of communicating with the guest, the state of the apartment after it, compliance with contracts and more. You can also add photos of the property after the tenant moves out.
Reviews will be moderated and will only be visible to guests themselves and other hosts when booking a stay. Tenants will be able to see their points in their personal accounts.
