The Ministry of Digital Development says that for the first violation, we are talking about a fine of 0.001%-0.003% of the operator’s annual revenue from communication services, for a second violation – 0.01-0.03%, that is, turnover penalties. . There is currently a clause in the Administrative Offenses Act that ensures that SORM cannot be established. The fine includes the recovery of 300-500 thousand rubles for the first violation and 2-6 million rubles for the second.
As noted, the State Duma supported the bill proposed by the Ministry of Finance at the first reading.
