The activity of applicants with disabilities (HIA) over the past year increased by 44%, and the number of job offers for these people – by 40%, according to the Avito Rabota service.
Most of the vacancies available for people with disabilities are offered in the fields of agriculture and production (20%), sales (10%), construction (8%).
The greatest activity of applicants with disabilities is observed in industry (23% of all responses), construction (11%) and sales (8%). The activity of the applicants grew more in education (+63%), medicine (+55%) and informatics (+45%).
People with disabilities are hired for both office jobs and remote jobs, the experts noted. Including the demand for “udalenka” had an impact on the growth of vacancy availability indicators and the activity of applicants, he explained in Avito Rabota.
