The claim of a passenger aircraft reaching Mach 9 (over 11,000 km/h) sounds fantastic. However, Venus Aerospace startup founders Sassy Duggleboy and her husband Andrew (by the way, former employees of Virgin Orbit – approx. TechCult.ru) believe that a person should create such an aircraft, and that the world will definitely fit if you choose the farthest corner of the planet in just a few hours.

Mach 9 is the speed limit for aviation today. Until now, the fastest two-wing manned aircraft – the legendary Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird in its time t n n n n n

The Sassi are convinced that in order to make a hypersonic breakthrough of Mach 9, booster rocket engines are consumed in order to reach almost 50 km in 10 minutes after lifting (for comparison, the average flight altitude of modern airliners is limited to 12–13 km).

Because of this, this issue may not be correct on double detonation (RDRE). In the process of operation, it “gives out” a continuous series of explosions around the annular channel. If you design it, you can achieve a heavy-duty and very economical engine.

But for now, alas, the creation of a hypersonic passenger voice is a very distant prospect.
